Payments:
- Invoices issued 2 weeks before the end of current Term to be paid the First Day of the next term.
- 14 day period to make payment
- A late payment fee will be charged after the 14 day period (10% added to the bill)
- Cash: is to be given in a sealed envelope with the child’s name on the front
- Online Banking: Please use the invoice number as reference
- Existing students trying a new class are invited to one free class. Thereafter will be charged accordingly
- Private lesson fees: are paid in full upfront
Discounts:
- Discount is applied to 2 or more dance classes
- Sibling discount is applied to the youngest child.
Classes:
- Parent to drop off and collect
- Please arrive 5 minutes before class to ensure your child is ready for their class
- Parents/Guardians are not permitted to watch weekly classes
- Presentation days and Shows are put into place to watch student’s progress
- A half term notice to be given in writing if any child wishes to withdraw from a class or swap class (6 weeks terms notice) to be given at the beginning or half term period.
- Photographs and video of pupils taken at Rebekah’s Dance School maybe used on our Website or Social Media profiles. If you do not wish your child’s image to be used please kindly inform the principal in writing.
- Notice must be given to the principal if a child is absent from class due to illness.
- The Principal must be notified of any learning difficulties or health concerns, that a student may have prior to registration to meet the needs of the student.
- Rebekah’s Dance School Staff are responsible for the students whilst in class. Parents/Guardians must supervise their child/children at all other times.
- Student must be collected by a parent/guardian at the end of the class
- Last Minute cancellation of classes by Rebekah’s Dance School due to circumstances out of our control, will be deducted off your next terms invoice.
- Please be aware appropriate “hands on technique” will be used to help children find the correct technical alignment in class where necessary
- No Jewellery is permitted during classes
- All students hair must be secured up in the correct style for their class with pins and grips. This is for health and safety of all students
- Bullying in any forms will not be tolerated
- Inappropriate language or behaviour from students or parents will not be tolerated in class or to Teachers and Staff.
- Rebekah’s Dance School teachers are fully qualified, hold enhanced DBS and fully insured.
- Rebekah’s Dance School does not accept any responsibility for loss or Damage to personal items/property
- Bey registering your child for a class and completing a registration form you agree to the Rebekah’s Dance School Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy
Exams:
- Exams are yearly and Teachers approach parents when it is time for their child to take an exam.
- We reserve the rights to withdraw candidates who do not attend every class in the lead up to their exam or does not make appropriate progress.
- Exam fees are non-refundable (In exceptional circumstances a part refund may be given with a doctor’s note to the Exam board after the date of the exam)
- Entries cannot be made without full payment
- Exam Rehearsals are necessary and will be at a high hourly rate than a normal and must be attended
